Sift the flour, baking powder and brown sugar and combine them in a bowl. Beat the eggs and add to the mixture. Mix well until the batter becomes smooth.

Add the evaporated milk and melted lard to 1 and mix well.

Cover the inside of a 15cm-long square cake pan with an oven sheet and pour in the batter.

Steam 3 in a preheated steamer over high heat for 25 minutes.

When it is done, remove the cake from the pan. Slice and serve.
