Cut the legs off the cuttlefish. Remove entrails and rinse the cylinder-shaped cuttlefish. Cut the legs into 1-cm pieces.
-
Rinse the rice and soak in water for a while. Drain the rice, mix with the cuttlefish legs and season with sake and soy sauce. Stuff
the cuttlefish with the rice mixture and close the end with bamboo spits.
-
Boil some water in a pressure cooker, set a rack for steaming in it, and place the stuffed cuttlefish on it. Cover the pressure cooker,
add pressure and cook for 10 minutes.
-
Remove from heat and allow it to cool for approx. 10 minutes. Remove the stuffed cuttlefish and grill over a burner while
applying the sauce over it.
Tips:
- In a pressure cooker, cuttlefish is cooked tender by steaming and the rice stuffing can be cooked at the same time.
