Boil taro gently. |

Mash taro. Put it in a small dish. |

Grate lime skin. Squeeze fruit and keep juice. |

Mix water, freeze-dried dashi, seasoning, potato starch in a pot, boil it, mixing them. Stop when the liquid gets thick and add lime juice. |
