1 Boil taro gently.
2 Mash taro. Put it in a small dish.
3 Grate lime skin. Squeeze fruit and keep juice.
4 Mix water, freeze-dried dashi, seasoning, potato starch in a pot, boil it, mixing them. Stop when the liquid gets thick and add lime juice.
5 Pour liquid over taro and sprinkle grated lime skin.
