1 Drain tofu completely. Put tofu between two cutting boards or boil and drain it.
2 Tear tofu into small pieces. Grind in a mortar until it gets smooth. Add tuna from which the oil is drained, minced onion, egg white and seasoning.
3 Make a bite-sized ball with a spoon and fry in 180°C oil until crispy.
4 Serve with lemon and tomato.
