Steamed Chicken with Japanese Pepper Sauce

Procedure

1 Place skin of ginger root on chicken breast and steam in a steamer over high heat.
2 Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice each half on a slant. Thinly slice tomato.
3 Combine seasonings.
4 Cut the chicken into thin strips and serve with cucumber. Place tomato slices on the side and pour the seasoning mix.
