Pork Filet with Yogurt Sauce

Procedure

1 Cut pork filet crosswise, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Brown the surface on a Teflon frying pan, then cover with a lid and cook thoroughly.
2 When the pork is done, remove from the pan. In the same pan, put the ingredients for the sauce except mustard and boil it down until slightly thickened. Add mustard.
3 Mince peppers and shallot and combine with drained yogurt.
4 Place the pork over Boston lettuce on a dish. First, pour the sauce made in 2followed by the yogurt sauce over the dish.
