Marinated Tomato Salad

Ingredients

1 Peel the skin from the tomatoes, cut in half horizontally and remove all seeds. Save the seeds for use in the dressing.
2 Thinly slice mushrooms and sprinkle a small amount of lemon juice on them. Cut cucumber into round thin slices. Tear basil into bite-size pieces. Cut boiled octopus into small pieces. Boil asparagus. Thinly slice onion, soak in water for a while, and drain.
3 Combine ingredients for the dressing.
4 Toss the vegetables and octopus lightly in the dressing and serve.
