Shrimp Cocktail with Persimmon

Procedure

1 Remove the vein from the back of shrimp. Boil unshelled shrimp for a short time, drain and let it cool. Remove shells and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2 Boil green beans till the color turns bright. Cut the beans, persimmon and cucumber into thin strips.
3 Combine seasonings for the sauce.
4 Place Boston lettuce on a serving dish, add 1 and 2 and pour the sauce over the cocktail.
