Shrimp Cocktail with Persimmon

Remove the vein from the back of shrimp. Boil unshelled shrimp for a short time, drain and let it cool. Remove shells and
sprinkle with lemon juice. |

Boil green beans till the color turns bright. Cut the beans, persimmon and cucumber into thin strips. |
