Fried Bamboo Shoots, Thick Fried Tofu and Green Pepper with Dried Bonito Flakes and Soy Sauce

Procedure

1 Cut bamboo shoots and fried tofu into bite-size pieces. Cut a checkered pattern on the surface of the bamboo shoots.
2 Cut each green pepper lengthwise, leaving the top part uncut.
3 Combine dried bonito flakes with soy sauce.
4 Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the bamboo shoots, thick fried tofu and green pepper until the surface turns brown. Dress with the bonito flakes and soy sauce mixture, and serve.
