Strawberries with Yogurt

Mint

17g(table spoon 1)

Procedure

1 Wash strawberries and remove calyx and stems. Squash in a bowl using a spoon or in a plastic bag using fingers, but be careful to retain the shape of each strawberry.
2 Serve squashed strawberries in individual bowls, pour the yogurt and garnish with mint.
