Chicken and Vegetable Rolls

Procedure

1 Mince onion and cook slowly in a greased frying pan.
2 Combine chicken, salt and sake in a bowl. Mix well with your hand till the mixture becomes smooth and sticky, then add onion.
3 Boil carrot, daikon and green beans till tender, and cut into sticks.
4 Spread the chicken mixture on a piece of plastic wrap, place vegetables on one side and roll the chicken so that the vegetables are in the center. Tie both ends of the plastic wrap.
5 Cook the roll in a microwave oven or steamer. When done, cool it and cut into bite-size pieces. Place on a dish with Boston lettuce and cherry tomatoes on the side. Serve with the miso mixture for the sauce.
