Eggplant Salad with Green Soybean Sauce

Procedure

1 Grill the eggplant on a gridiron till the skin becomes crispy enough for peeling. Skin and split into strips.
2 Boil green soybeans till tender. Crush in a mortar, add the seasonings and stir in the eggplant.
