newly picked tea leaves 0.5g 2g salt 0.5g 2g (2/5 teaspoon)


Procedure

1 Rinse rice, drain the water and set aside in a strainer.
2 Combine the rice, water, sake and instant stock powder, and cook in a rice cooker.
3 Crush the tea leaves in a mortar, and stir in salt.
4 Add 3 to the cooked rice and mix well.
