Spring Potatoes and Wheat Gluten with Creamy Sauce

spring potatoes
flower-shaped wheat gluten
green peas
30g
5g
3g
120g
20g
12g
milk
sugar
salt
25g
1g
0.1g
100g (1/2 cup)
4g (slightly more than 1 teaspoon)
0.4g (a dash)


Procedure

1 Cut the potatoes into bite-size cubes, and boil till slightly tender.
2 Cut wheat gluten into thin slices.
3 Heat up milk in a pan, add the potatoes and bring to a boil. Season with sugar and salt, and simmer till the potatoes become tender.
4 Add the wheat gluten to ‚R and cook briefly. Add boiled green peas, and serve.
