Procedure

1 Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Thinly slice the onion.
2 Briefly roast the vegetables prepared in 1 in a pan.
3 Remove calyx from okras, rub with salt and boil till bright green. Cut into round thin slices.
4 Combine the seasonings for the dressing. Toss the vegetables in the dressing and serve on a dish.
