Taro and Komatsuna Soup

Procedure

1 Skin the taro and slice into 7 - 8 mm thin round pieces. Cut komatsuna into 4 - 5 mm pieces.
2 Heat the stock in a pan. Cook the taro till slightly tender. Add the komatsuna and cook briefly. Season to taste.
