Roast Pork with Ravigote Sauce

Procedure

1 Sprinkle pepper and salt on the pork, and coat the surface with a small amount of oil. Roast in an oven until done.
2 Combine the minced vegetables, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil to make ravigote sauce.
3 Thinly slice the roast pork, serve on a dish and pour some sauce over it. Add boiled potatoes and radish on the side.
