20g (slightly less than 1 tablespoon)





Procedure

1 Steep hijiki and squeeze dry.
2 Cut the cucumber, carrot and celery into thin sticks.
3 Combine white miso and mayonnaise, and toss the hijiki and the vegetables in the sauce.
