Fresh and Crispy Salad

Procedure

1 Cut scales and hard bases off the asparagus, and boil until bright green.
2 Thinly slice the celery and radishes, and shred the lettuce. Soak in cold water to make them crispy. Drain and remove excess water.
3 Combine ingredients for the dressing.
4 Toss the vegetables in the dressing and serve.
