Grilled Scallops Wrapped in Foil

Procedure

1 Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the scallops. Remove the vein from the back of prawns.
2 Slice the chicken on a slant into several pieces, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a Teflon frying pan, and fry the surface of the chicken briefly.
3 Boil potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil green beans and cut into 4-cm pieces.
4 Place 1, 2 and 3 on a sheet of aluminum foil, sprinkle with wine, and loosely wrap the ingredients with foil. Grill in an oven. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
