Clear Soup with Tofu and Scallion

stock (freshly made)
salt
light-colored soy sauce
150cc
0.8g
1.5g
600cc(3C)
3.2g (2/3 teaspoon)
6g (1 teaspoon)


Procedure

1 Cut the tofu into small cubes. Cut the nira into 3-cm pieces.
2 Boil stock in a pot, cook the tofu briefly and season to taste. Add the nira immediately before removing the pot from the stove.
