Cut the cabbage into strips, boil briefly and drain. |

Remove tendon from the chicken, season with sake and salt and boil till done. After the chicken is cooled down, separate into
fine strips. |

Combine the ingredients for the dressing. Squeeze dry the cabbage and toss it in the dressing with the chicken. Serve in a
dish and sprinkle with roasted sesame. |
