Grilled Pumpkin

Cook the pumpkin in a steamer. Let it cool and cut into thin
slices. |

Cut the bell pepper into bite-size pieces. |

Grill the pumpkin and bell pepper on either a gridiron or a
Teflon frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and serve. Lemon juice may
be added to preference. |
