Ingredients

grapefruit
smoked salmon
onion
cut and dried seaweed

French dressing
 1 tablespoon


Procedure

Peel the grapefruit and remove the skin from each section.
Cut the smoked salmon into 1cm-wide strips.
Thinly slice the onion, soak in running water and drain. Steep the seaweed in water and squeeze dry.
Combine, 2 andin a bowl, and add the dressing. Mix all the ingredients and serve in serving dishes.
