Grapefruit and Salmon Salad

| Ingredients | Serves 4 | seasonings | Serves 4 | grapefruit smoked salmon onion cut and dried seaweed | 1 40g 1/4 2g | French dressing | 1 tablespoon |

| 1 | Peel the grapefruit and remove the skin from each section. | | 2 | Cut the smoked salmon into 1cm-wide strips. | | 3 | Thinly slice the onion, soak in running water and drain. Steep the seaweed in water and squeeze dry. | | 4 | Combine1, 2 and3in a bowl, and add the dressing. Mix all the ingredients and serve in serving dishes. |
