spears green asparagus
macaroni
boiled octopus
black olives (pickled with salt)
garlic (minced)

1/2 teaspoon
1/2 tablespoon


Procedure

‚P Cut the asparagus into 3 to 4cm-long pieces, and boil briefly. Cut the octopus into approx. the same-sized pieces as the asparagus.
‚Q Cook the macaroni in boiling water until tender, and drain.
‚R Quarter each olive.
‚S Cook the garlic with the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When you small its aroma, add the asparagus and octopus, olives and macaroni in this order and fry together. Season with the lemon juice and soy sauce, and serve.
