Steep the dried daikon strips in water, then squeeze dry. |

Cut the squid into small pieces. |

Cut the cabbage, carrot and bell peppers into thin strips. |

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the daikon strips and fry over medium heat while separating them. Add the squid and fry together. |

Add the vegetables and fry briefly and season with the sauce. Place on serving dishes and top with the ginger. |
