Dried Daikon Strips with Squid ・ Fried Chow Mein Style

marinated ginger in vinegar, cut into thin sticks

marketed sauce for fried chow mein
vegetable oil
 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon


Procedure

Steep the dried daikon strips in water, then squeeze dry.
Cut the squid into small pieces.
Cut the cabbage, carrot and bell peppers into thin strips.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the daikon strips and fry over medium heat while separating them. Add the squid and fry together.
Add the vegetables and fry briefly and season with the sauce. Place on serving dishes and top with the ginger.
