| 1 | Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a shallow square pan. |

| 2 | Remove the skin and bones from the salmon and cut into bite-size slices. Soak in the marinade. |
| 3 | Thinly slice the red onion. Boil the string beans and cut in half on a slant. |
| 4 | Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry both sides of salmon. Sprinkle the white wine and cook briefly. |
| 5 | Place the salmon on a dish and add the endive, red onion and string beans on the side. |
