| ‚P | Cut the Welsh onion into very thin strips. |
|---|---|
| ‚Q | Combine the marketed sauce and water. |
| ‚R | On a plastic wrap sheet, spread a slice of pork, place a beefsteak leaf in the middle, and fold. Place another beefsteak leaf on top of the folded pork and fold again. Adjust the shape by lightly pressing it. Repeat the same procedure to make 8 rolls. |
| ‚S | Heat a frying pan over low heat, place the rolls with the open ends down and cook. (Without oil, the pork sticks to the pan at first. However, it will come off easily when the fat in the pork gradually melts away. So, do not try to remove them from the pan.) |
| ‚T | When the surface turns golden brown, turn and cook until all sides turn golden brown. Add 2 to the pan, and allow the sauce to coat the entire surface of the pork while cooking briefly over medium heat. Place on a serving dish, top with the Welsh onion prepared in 1, and sprinkle with crushed red pepper according to taste. |
