Welsh onions

sugar
vinegar
sesame oil

Cut the Welsh onions into 5 to 6cm-long pieces, and quarter each piece lengthwise. |

In a frying pan, fry the garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat. When you smell the aroma, add the tuna and briefly cook the entire surface. |

Cut the tuna into 5mm-thick slices and place on a serving dish. |

In the same pan, briefly cook the dou ban jiang and Welsh onion and add the other seasonings to make a sauce. Pour plenty of sauce over the tuna. |
