Toast the sesame seeds and mice them. |

Cut the daikon into thin sticks. Thinly slice the daikon leaves. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices of the same width as the daikon sticks. |

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the daikon sticks. After they become slightly tender, add the mushroom and then the daikon leaves. Add the soy sauce along the edge of the pan and mix with the ingredients. |

Remove from the heat and add the sesame seeds. |
