Procedure

‚P Sprinkle the chicken with salt and let it stand for approx. 1 hour.
‚Q Combine the seasonings in a container that can be tightly sealed. Add the chicken and rub it well in the seasoning mix using your hand. Seal the container and marinate the chicken overnight.
‚R Cut the lemon into wedges. Cut the lettuce into smaller pieces.
‚S Place the chicken coated with the seasoning mix on a baking pan. Bake it in an oven at 180Ž until the surface turns golden brown. Cut into bite-size pieces and place on a serving dish. Garnish with the lemon, lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

EBecause this dish has the strong pungency and aroma of spices and sour taste of lemon, a small amount of salt is enough to enhance the taste. Also, the lettuce used as a garnish can be eaten using the seasoning already on the chicken or along with the chicken itself. It is a healthier alternative than using dressing.
