Procedure

Fillet the fish. Cut each piece into thin slices and sprinkle with sake. Cook the fish in a Teflon frying pan until crispy.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water. Cut the cucumber on a slant into thin slices. Cut the Welsh onion into very thin strips and soak in water.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce, add 1 and 2. Mix all the ingredients together and top with diced tomatoes.
