Procedure

Sprinkle the gelatin powder in the water to steep.
Dissolve the gelatin by placing 1 in a water bath, and stir in the sugar. When the sugar dissolves, strain.
Add the grapefruit juice and chill the mixture until it thickens a little.
Remove the skins from the grapefruit and break the pulp into bite-sized pieces.
Place 1/3 of 3 into a glass, add 4 over it and pour in the rest of 3. Chill in a refrigerator until the jelly sets.
