Procedure

‚P Broil the eggplant over a gridiron. Remove the caps and skin.
‚Q Crush the sesame seeds in a mortar, add the sugar, miso, and stir until smooth. Stretch it with the say sauce and some stock.
‚R Pour the sauce over the eggplant and serve.
