Remove the entrails from the fish. Cut each fish open and separate each into two fillets and a backbone. Cut each fillet into 3 equal-sized pieces. |

Combine the ingredients for the marinate, place the pieces of fish in it and marinade them for approx. 30 minutes. |

Cut the Welsh onion into 3cm-long pieces. |

Place 2 and 3 over a cooking sheet spread on a baking pan, and grill in an oven preheated to 180 for 6 - 7 minutes. While grilling, brush the marinate over the pieces of fish several times and turn them over once. |
