Peanuts
Soy sauce

Procedure

‚P Cut the carrot into very thin sticks and lightly sprinkle them with salt. Squeeze the water off.
‚Q Roughly crush the peanuts and place them in a mortar. Using a pestle, grind down the peanuts and season with the soy sauce. Add the carrot and mix well.
‚R Place a small heap of 2 in each serving dish.
