下ごしらえ

Rinse the rice and place in a rice cooker. Add water and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Wash the potato well without removing the skin and cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Soak them in water for a while to remove the harsh taste.

Procedure

Add the seasonings and then the potato cubes to the rice, mix and turn on the rice cooker to cook the rice in the same way as to cook plain rice.
After the rice cooker shuts off, allow enough time for the rice to settle by its own heat. Mix the entire ingredients lightly while being careful not to break any potato cubes.
