Cauliflower
Wakame seaweed (dried)

Procedure

Dissolve the miso in the milk. Beat the egg whites and combine with the milk mixture, then strain through a colander.
Place the cauliflower and seaweed in serving dishes and pour (1) in them.
Steam 2 and serve!
