Kinugoshi tofu
Welsh onion
Radish sprouts
Chicken (white meat)
Ginger root
Stock
Salt
Light-colored soy sauce
Potato starch
Water

Cook the chicken in stock, remove it and separate into thin strips. |

Add the Welsh onion and ginger root to the stock in 1, and put the chicken back in, too. |

Season 2 with salt and soy sauce, and thicken with potato starch. |

Boil the tofu and pour 3 over it. Top with the radish sprouts to serve. |
