Kinugoshi tofu
Welsh onion
Radish sprouts
Chicken (white meat)
Ginger root
Stock
Salt
Light-colored soy sauce
Potato starch

Procedure

Cook the chicken in stock, remove it and separate into thin strips.
Add the Welsh onion and ginger root to the stock in 1, and put the chicken back in, too.
Season 2 with salt and soy sauce, and thicken with potato starch.
Boil the tofu and pour 3 over it. Top with the radish sprouts to serve.
