Procedure

‚P Lightly sprinkle the eyes of scallops with salt and pepper. Remove the shells and the veins from the back of the prawns.
‚Q Sprinkle the sea bream with sake.
‚R Skin the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and boil them. Separate the broccoli into smaller bunches and boil them until bright green. Season the potatoes and broccoli with salt and pepper.
‚S Place the eyes of scallops, prawns, sea bream, potatoes and broccoli on aluminum foil, wrap it loosely and grill in an oven.
‚T When done, place 4 on serving dishes and serve with lemon wedges.
