Lightly sprinkle the eyes of scallops with salt and pepper. Remove the shells and the
veins from the back of the prawns. |

Sprinkle the sea bream with sake. |

Skin the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and boil them. Separate the broccoli into
smaller bunches and boil them until bright green. Season the potatoes and broccoli with
salt and pepper. |

Place the eyes of scallops, prawns, sea bream, potatoes and broccoli on aluminum foil, wrap
it loosely and grill in an oven. |
