Procedure

‚P Thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms. Separate the broccoli into smaller bunches.
‚Q Cut the Welsh onion and carrot into thin sticks.
‚R Boil the water in a pot, add the bouillon and allow it to dissolve. Add the vegetables and cook briefly. Season the soup with the soy sauce and pepper.
