Mince the onion and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. |

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the chicken and fry
well. Then, add the rice and continue frying. Season the fried rice with
the salt, pepper and ketchup, and remove from the frying pan. |

Beat the eggs and season with the salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the frying pan, and pour in 1/4 of the beaten eggs. When the egg is half-done, place 1/4 of the fried rice over it and wrap the rice with the fried egg. Repeat the same procedure to make 4 omelets. |

Place the omelets on servings dishes, and put some ketchup over them to
serve. |
