Mayonnaise

(Coating)
Weak flour, an egg, bread crumbs, oil for deep frying

Tonkatsu sauce (marketed)

Procedure

‚P Skin the potatoes and boil them. When they are done, remove the water from the pot. Continue heating the pot while shaking it to evaporate the water left in the pot. Mash the potatoes. Mince the onion and soak it in water for a while, and then dry it. Combine the potatoes, onion and minced parsley, and season with mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
‚Q Sprinkle the surface of the sliced pork with salt and pepper. Spread the potato salad prepared in (1) over each slice of pork and roll it.
‚R Coat the rolls with flour, beaten egg and then bread crumbs and fry in deep oil. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and salad greens and serve.
