Mayonnaise
Plain yogurt
Seedy mustard

Procedure

‚P Skin the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces and boil in a pot. Drain the water from the pot and continue heating while shaking to allow the excess water to evaporate. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper while they are hot and mash them. Allow the mashed potatoes to cool.
‚Q Thinly slice the onion, soak in cold water for a while, and drain. Cut the cucumber into thin, round slices and rub them with salt. After they become tender, rinse and dry.
‚R Combine (1) with the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice and mix. Add the onion slices and cucumber and mix all the ingredients together. Season with the mustard, salt and pepper.
