| Ingredients | Serves 4 |

| Green soybeans (removed from pods) Onion Oil Bouillon *White Sauce Butter Weak flour Milk Fresh cream Salt Pepper |
approx. 1 cup 1/2 1 tablespoon 500ml 10g 10g 300ml 50ml 4/5 teaspoon small amount |

| P | Thinly slice the onion and fry well in vegetable oil. |

| Q | Heat the bouillon to a boil and cook the green soybeans. |
| R | Allow (2) to cool and process it in a mixer. Strain the mixture. |
| S | Prepare the white sauce. Melt the butter in a thick pot and fry the flour without browning it. Gradually add the milk while stirring. |
| T | Add (3) to (4), and season with salt and pepper. |
| U | Add the fresh cream to the soup. To prepare croutons, cut white bread into small cubes and fry them. |
