Green soybeans (removed from pods)
Onion
Oil
Bouillon

*White Sauce
Butter
Weak flour
Milk
Fresh cream
Salt
Pepper
approx. 1 cup

Procedure

‚P Thinly slice the onion and fry well in vegetable oil.
‚Q Heat the bouillon to a boil and cook the green soybeans.
‚R Allow (2) to cool and process it in a mixer. Strain the mixture.
‚S Prepare the white sauce. Melt the butter in a thick pot and fry the flour without browning it. Gradually add the milk while stirring.
‚T Add (3) to (4), and season with salt and pepper.
‚U Add the fresh cream to the soup. To prepare croutons, cut white bread into small cubes and fry them.
