| Tuna Garlic Leafy greens Lemon Salt Pepper Olive oil (Extra-virgin) Chives |
240g 1/2 clove 20g 1/4 1/4 teaspoon small amount 1 tablespoon small amount |

| P | Thinly slice the tuna. Cut the chives into thin rings. |

| Q | Rub a serving plate with a section of the garlic. Place the sliced tuna on the plate. Combine the salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and pour over the tuna. Sprinkle it with chives. |
| R | Garnish with the leafy greens. |
