Garlic
Leafy greens
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil (Extra-virgin)
Chives

Procedure

‚P Thinly slice the tuna. Cut the chives into thin rings.
‚Q Rub a serving plate with a section of the garlic. Place the sliced tuna on the plate. Combine the salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil and pour over the tuna. Sprinkle it with chives.
‚R Garnish with the leafy greens.
