Mirin

Ground chicken

Sake
Soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Pea pods
Pickled ginger roots

Procedure

‚P Beat the eggs and add the mirin and salt, and make scrambled eggs.
‚Q Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the ground chicken. Season with sugar, sake and soy sauce, and continue frying until the ground chicken becomes dry and flaky.
‚R Boil the pea pods until they are bright green.
‚S Place the steamed rice in individual bowls and top with (1), (2) and (3). Garnish with the pickled ginger roots.
