| P | Beat the eggs and add the mirin and salt, and make scrambled eggs. |

| Q | Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the ground chicken. Season with sugar, sake and soy sauce, and continue frying until the ground chicken becomes dry and flaky. |
| R | Boil the pea pods until they are bright green. |
| S | Place the steamed rice in individual bowls and top with (1), (2) and (3). Garnish with the pickled ginger roots. |
