| Beef round (thinly sliced) * Preliminary seasonings Salt Pepper Japanese sake Egg Potato starch Bamboo shoots (boiled) Bell pepper Ginger root * Seasoning mix Soy sauce Japanese sake Sugar Vinegar Oil |
120g 2 pinches small amount 1 teaspoon 1/4 ample amount 200g 1 1 1 1/2 tablespoons 1 1/2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon 1 1/2 teaspoons 2/3 tablespoon |

| P | Cut the beef and all the vegetables into thin sticks. Combine the preliminary seasonings and mix with the beef. Add the potato starch to the mixture and stir. Mince the ginger root. Combine all the seasonings for the seasoning mix. |

| Q | Heat a Teflon frying pan and add the oil. Fry the ginger root. When you smell the aroma, fry the beef. Add the vegetables and continue frying. Add the seasoning mix, stir and remove from the heat. |
