| Beef round (thinly sliced) Salt Pepper Potatoes Salt Pepper Milk Minced parsley Flour Egg Bread crumbs Salad green leaves Cherry tomatoes |

| P | Steam the potatoes and skin them. While they are still hot, mash them using the back of a fork. Add a small amount of milk to soften the mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add the minced parsley. |

| Q | Spread the beef slices and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Spread some of the mashed potatoes over each slice and roll. Coat the rolls with the flour, egg and the bread crumbs, in that order. Fry them in deep oil. |
| R | Dish up the fried potato rolls and garnish with the salad greens and cherry tomatoes. |
