| P | Boil the konjak for 4 - 5 minutes and drain. Remove the hard tips from the shimeji mushrooms, and separate them into smaller bunches. Cut the green onion into 3cm-long pieces. Cut the pork into thin strips. |

| Q | Combine the seasonings. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork first. Add the konjak, shimeji mushrooms and green onion in that order. Add the seasonings and continue cooking for a while. To serve, sprinkle the shichimi spice powder, according to taste. |
